Agile (Scrum) Software Development Methodology Guide

Scrum involves self-organizing teams and a series of two-week timespans, known as "sprints". The "Product Backlog", which is a compilation of captured information, lists the items that must be completed. You can also read about SAFe scrum master learning goals online.

Implementation of Agile Software Development Methodology (Scrum).

With the Scrum Framework, you can easily explain the Scrum Framework's implementation process. The Scrum Framework is broken down into three sections: Roles, Ceremonies, and Artifacts are the three parts of the framework.

Roles–

Scrum has three roles. These roles are given as follows:

Product Owner

Product owners define the features of the product. Product owners make decisions about scope and schedule. Financial goals are the responsibility of product owners. The product backlog is prioritized by product owners.

The Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is responsible for the overall process and can make changes. He facilitates ceremonies. He/she is not a manager or technical leader. They are responsible for Scrum values, practices, and help remove impediments, improve productivity, enable close cooperation across all roles, and shield the team from external interference.

The Team

A team usually consists of between five and nine people. The team includes programmers, testers, business analysts (for software projects), and others. The teams are self-organized and should not change in between sprints.
